Seasons of Grace Ministry is a non-denominational Christian ministry dedicated to equipping churches to establish local ministry teams that serve the elderly in assisted living facilities. We strive to help seniors reconnect with their faith, providing spiritual care, biblical teaching, and local church fellowship to address the unique challenges they face in this season of life. Through prayer, discipleship, and outreach, we seek to bring the hope and love of Christ to those navigating the transition into assisted living.
