Overseers

 As Overseer of Doctrine & Discipleship for the ministry, Geoff ensures the faithfulness of all teaching and preaching, safeguarding theological soundness across ministry activities. He provides leadership in developing and overseeing discipleship programs for believers at every stage of spiritual maturity, equipping team members to serve as mentors, teachers, and small group leaders. Geoff also leads Bible studies, workshops, and leadership training while offering pastoral guidance to both members and leaders.
