Seasons of Grace Team Members

Team Members are the hands and feet of Seasons of Grace within each assisted living facility. They serve as the front-line ministers of spiritual care, offering compassionate support, prayer, and gospel-centered encouragement to the elderly. Their role is both relational and missional, centered on meeting the personal spiritual needs of residents while supporting broader ministry initiatives. 

Team Members at Seasons of Grace

• Provide regular prayer and spiritual encouragement to senior residents in assisted living facilities.
• Offer one-on-one care visits to listen, pray, and provide biblical comfort and companionship.
• Assist in preparing and leading worship services,  Bible studies, and spiritual care events.
• Distribute Scripture cards, devotional materials, and other spiritual resources to residents.
• Support and attend seasonal celebrations, holiday gatherings, and outreach programs within the facility.
• Work under the guidance of ministry leaders to identify and respond to the pastoral needs of residents.
• Maintain ongoing communication with facility staff to ensure respectful coordination and presence.
• Uphold and model Christlike compassion, patience, and attentiveness to each resident’s story and needs.
• Maintain spiritual and emotional sensitivity when addressing topics of grief, loss, and aging.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and discipleship opportunities provided by the ministry.
• Demonstrate reliability, confidentiality, and a heart for serving in all ministry interactions.
• Encourage participation from local churches to build intergenerational fellowship and care.
• Pray regularly for residents, their families, the facility staff, and fellow team members.
